A: No, we are very serious about defending our intellectual property rights! Please don't use any of our work without written permission. However, please contact us at email@example.com to inquire about your project, and we can discuss more of how we can work with you.
Q: What should I do if my order never arrived?
A: If it seems your order has gone missing, please first contact the postal service using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation e-mail. Please understand that Paper Script is a small, independent company, and we cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen or lost by the postal service. If this happens to be the case, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will work with you to find a solution!
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to USPS no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
Q: What do I do if my order is wrong or an item is missing?
A: We do everything we can to ensure your order is correct, but mistakes do happen. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail email@example.com with your name, order number, and a description of the error.
If you're missing an item, please e-mail us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, your order number, and a brief message on what is missing. If we have it in stock, we will send it out right away. If the item is sold out, we will issue a full refund.
